Here at RWM, we work as a community to produce the highest quality caster and wheel solutions. But we have gone a step further than producing material handling products. Behind our manufacturing warehouse, we have constructed a community garden. We have 8 separate above ground structures that host a variety of vegetables including tomatoes, peppers, squash and herbs to name a few. The garden has been thriving in the beautiful North Carolina weather. Nearly every day, RWM employees leave the plant with fresh produce.
