Vicki has been with RWM for over 11 years in the customer service department. In 2007, she became the Customer Service Manager. Vicki serves a primary goal at RWM which is to continuously improve and streamline the entire customer service process bettering customer experiences and relationships when dealing direct with RWM Casters. She lives in Cherryville, NC with her husband Tom and daughter Erica.
Kathy joined the newly merged Rapistan/Wil-Mat/Midwest Corporation in 1988 handling order entry and billing. Over the years Kathy moved into customer service and has been aiding customers ever since. Kathy is married with 2 children and 3 grandchildren. With previous manufacturing experience and a plethora of caster knowledge Kathy works tirelessly to provide the absolute best customer service possible.
Keisha joined RWM Casters as a Customer Service Rep in 2003 and was promoted to Customer Service Manager in 2004. In 2006 she became the Material Handling National Sales Rep and in 2009 her responsibilities were expanded to include caster sales for the Southeastern United States. Prior to joining RWM Keisha had an additional 9 years sales experience in the welding industry. She works closely with distributors to increase sales and solve customer problems while specifying quality RWM products at the end user level. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina and enjoys working out, sports, reading, decorating and traveling.
A graduate of Appalachian State University, Mike started his career with RWM in 2008. Mike spends much of his time on product sales and promotions via the internet. With knowledge of product design, 3-D modeling, rendering and graphic design, he has brought many new innovations and concepts to the RWM Casters portfolio and now strives to promote and aid in specification of RWM product wherever possible. Mike's past experience in Engineering allows him to better convey product features, benefits, strengths and weaknesses to customers. Mike lives on the Catawba River in Mount Holly N.C. directly across from the U.S. National whitewater center where you can often find him mountain biking after work. Mike also enjoys watersports, high performance vehicles and snowboarding!
Steve's comprehensive understanding of the caster and wheel industry coupled with his 22 yrs of experience has been utilized in all major markets including South America and Europe. This proficiency has garnered Steve great success with the key players in the automotive, medical and material handling industries by providing them with resolutions to their ergonomic, health & safety, mobility and cost initiatives. Steve is a Graduate of Seneca College of Toronto, Canada where he currently resides with his wife and 3 kids.
