Handle-Bar Type
Floor Locks prevent portable equipment from shifting or creeping when in the locked position. Engaging the floor lock is accomplished by depressing the foot pedal. Depressing the kick bar releases or retracts the floor lock. For best results under most conditions, floor locks should be installed in pairs between swivel and rigid casters. It is possible to maintain adequate locking if mounted between two swivel casters.
