Our urethane on iron caster wheels are liquid-cast and then chemically bonded to precision machined, cast-iron cores. This creates a durable, long-lasting construction similar to solid steel wheels. The design of our wheels means they are capable of resisting extreme hot or cold temperatures.

From our factory to your factory, our wheels are suited for use within industrial facilities, warehouses, food production facilities, and more. We manufacture urethane wheels with wheel diameters ranging from 3-1/2 to 20 inches and widths of 1-1/4 to 5 inches. We offer wheels with straight roller bearings, ball bearings, celcon bearings, or tapered roller bearings. Further, each wheel has an axle diameter of between 5/16 and 1-1/2 inches.

This gives our wheels an estimated carrying capacity of 400 to 9,000 lbs. They will also deliver quiet operation and won’t cause damage to flooring materials. Our wheels have superior wear properties and impact resistance for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Our wheels are manufactured to precision specifications and will deliver reliable performance in the most challenging operational conditions.

We also offer numerous options that allow you to customize your wheels to meet your operational requirements. Available options include either black or red durometers, thread guards, wheel seals, and zerk fittings. Because the wheels are polyurethane, there is no need to add microbial resistance for use within food production facilities, packing plants, grocery stores, warehouses, etc.
