75 and 76 Series Casters are RWM Kingpinless™ Casters. Having patented this design, it is now copied by all other manufacturers because it is simply unmatched in extending service life. By extending service life, this design reduces all possible causes for caster failure.
The RWM 75 Series Caster is designed for the most demanding heavy-duty industrial applications. This caster can be customized with a variety of wheel choices ranging from rubber to polyurethane to iron. Manufactured in the USA, this caster is capable of hauling up to 6,000 lbs.
The RWM 76 Series Caster offers up to 7,000 lb. capacity and is also available with a wide variety of wheels. All swivel sections are supplied with a lubrication fitting for field maintenance and is case-hardened for long service life. It will not crack like through hardened or induction hardened construction provided by other caster manufacturers.
Both the 75 and 76 Series typical applications include dollies, utility carts, tow line and platform trucks. It is also ideal for tow lines, shock load applications and abusive conditions, product line dollies and trucks used in various industries including but not limited to: boat and ship molding and building, automotive, aerospace, metal fabricating, metal forging, heavy machinery & equipment, military equipment, mobile homes, tractor pulled trailers, extreme duty platform trucks and material handling carts. Air cargo and ground support equipment, storage tanks, gantries and heavy-duty processing equipment, coliseum and gymnasium equipment, shipping/receiving carts, warehousing and freight terminal dollies and carts., heavy-duty power towed application seen in tire manufacturing and countless other heavy-duty applications.
The 76 Series caster is also the mainstay in tire manufacturing.

Both caster series also feature raceway design. This design has the patented kingpinless™ single ball bearing precision machined raceway hardened to 53 Rockwell C minimum. Swivel section features 3” diameter raceway with ½” ball bearings. Why is it a superior design? It exerts radial force evenly where there is full contact between the ball bearing and the raceway. RWM’s unique design adds more mass to key points. This, plus more thorough heat treatment, provides additional strength and combats brinelling into the core material.
