These can be used on rigid casters to prevent sliding at higher speeds around sharp corners and pair well with Torus wheels on the swivel casters to keep push/pull to a minimum. The GT Wheel
Available with diameters ranging from 4″ to 10″ and a wheel width ranging from 2″ to 3″, each GT wheel can handle between 1050 and 3400 lbs. The wheels feature sealed, precision ball bearings with the GTB-0420-08 in the 2″ wheels or the GTB-1030-12 or GTB-1030-16 in the 3″ wheels. These options give you considerable flexibility in customizing the wheel to meet your specific needs.
The Omega Wheel
Available with wheel diameters ranging from 6″ to 10″, each Omega Wheel can carry between 1000 and 2000 lbs. The axle diameters of the wheels range from 1/2″ to 1-1/4″. The wheels feature either the UOR-0620-08, UOR-0620-12, or UOR-1030-16 straight roller bearing, tapered roller bearing, or ball bearing.
The Urethane on Iron Wheel
The UI Wheel is available with a diameter of between 4″ to 8″ and a 2″ to 3″ wheel width. The 4″ wheels can carry up to 700 lbs, rising to 1050 lbs for the 5″ wheel, 1230 for the 6″ wheels, and between 1500 and 2500 lbs for the 8″ wheels. The wheels are available with the UIR-0420-08, UIR-0420-10, UIR-0420-12, UIR-0430-16, UIR-0630-20, or UIR-0830-16-SI straight roller bearing, ball bearing, tapered roller bearing, or plain, Celcon bearing.
The Torus Wheel
Our Torus Wheels are available in 4″, 5″, 6″, and 8″ wheel diameters. With a width of 2″, each wheel can carry between 700-1500 lbs. The wheels feature the UAB-0421-08-92A sealed precision ball bearing, facilitating smooth, reliable motion across any surface within the facility.
Automotive Wheels
With an 8″ diameter and 2″ wheel width, our Automotive Wheels can transport between 950 and 1050 lbs. with ease. Each wheel features either the UAB-0820-75A or UAB-0820-08-85A ball bearings. These wheels are optimized specifically for use within the towlines and cellular work areas commonly used in automotive production.
Whisper Wheels
With wheel diameters ranging from 8″ to 12″ and widths ranging from 2″ to 3″, the Whisper Wheels are heavy-duty wheels that are always ready for work. The wheels have a carrying capacity of between 1500 and 4100 lbs. The wheels can be customized with the UWR-0820-08, UWR-0820-10, UWR-0820-12, UWR-0830-16, UWR-0830-16-SI, or UWR-1230-20 straight roller bearing, ball bearing, or tapered roller bearing. These wheels are engineered to deliver superior performance, reliability, and near-silent operation.
