Outside of his work commitments, Peter is a health and fitness enthusiast who enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle and working on home projects in his spare time. Meet Ronnie, the driving force behind RWM Casters’ dynamic sales and marketing strategies. As Director of Sales & Marketing, Ronnie orchestrates the growth, strategy, and organization of sales channels while overseeing the entirety of our marketing efforts. Ronnie has been a member of the RWM family since he was 16 years old, making his journey one of dedication and evolution. From his early beginnings, he has risen to spearhead the very departments that he has known and grown with. Holding a bachelor’s degree in business management from Belmont Abbey College and over a decade of experience under his belt, Ronnie possesses a profound understanding of the industry’s intricacies and is well equipped to lead RWM Casters’ outreach to new heights. Beyond his professional pursuits, Ronnie is a man of diverse interests and talents. An avid ice hockey player and a skilled 9-ball pool fanatic, he understands the importance of teamwork and strategy on and off the field. Ronnie cherishes quality time with his family and consistently seeks ways to further develop his culinary skills. In an ever-evolving sales and marketing landscape, Ronnie's trajectory within the RWM family not only mirrors his personal growth but also the growth he has catalyzed for our brand.

Meet Chad, the kingpin of our Engineering and Quality Departments since 2006. As Engineering Manager, Chad administrates the planning, designing, and engineering of our projects. With a bachelor's in manufacturing systems from ECU and over 31 years of engineering experience, Chad is a seasoned professional who brings insight and wisdom to every project he oversees. Even outside of the office, Chad has a flair for creativity – he enjoys crafting, fabricating, and welding various projects in his own shop. His passion extends to custom cars and trucks, where he channels his engineering skills, creating unique and captivating designs. Chad's creative intellect and influential leadership continues to propel our team towards innovative solutions and remarkable achievements.

Meet Matt, the charismatic leader shaping our Inside Sales Division. Every interaction with Matt demonstrates his steadfast commitment to understanding our clients' needs and delivering exceptional solutions. With a bachelor's in business from UNCC, his educational foundation is complimented by over 13 years of hands-on experience in sales and customer service. Since joining the RWM family in 2017, his impact has been nothing short of profound. Matt’s approach is characterized by his goal-oriented mindset and his relentless dedication to not only meeting but exceeding customer expectations. Through his efforts, RWM has become synonymous with trust and reliability. Outside his professional endeavors, Matt finds exhilaration in the roar of engines – whether its cars, boats, or motorcycles. With a remarkable tenure of over 30 years in accounting, Stephanie plays a crucial role in maintaining the balance and harmony of our financial systems. As an Accountant, Stephanies strengths extend far beyond numbers – she is a master of precision, ensuring that every invoice is paid, and every ledger reconciled flawlessly. Since joining the RWM family in 1993, Stephanie has been a trusted and reliable presence. In her free time, Stephanie’s inner drive for growth is reflected in her pursuit of obtaining new skills. Max has a bachelor's in philosophy and english from Belmont Abbey College and is currently pursuing a master's in psychology at the University of Dallas. Since joining RWM in 2019, Max’s knack for helping others has been essential. Bringing over 8 years of experience in sales and customer service to the table, Max possesses a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver top-notch service. His ability to connect with customers on a personal level while efficiently addressing their needs sets him apart as a true asset to the RWM family.
