Resilient and Ready To Roll
The Nylatron Wheel is designed to provide exceptional resilience against high-temperature buildup. The four precision ball bearings are sealed and set within top hat bushings engineered to prevent the buildup of heat caused by friction, which means the wheel will roll smoothly no matter how long the path.
The Nylatron Wheel is designed for superior rollability and will not chunk or tear in extreme operational environments.
This wheel will provide consistent operation in temperatures ranging from minus 40 degrees F to 300-plus degrees F. However, engineering has its limits, and the Nylatron Wheel is not suited for use in heavily acidic or base environments, as these will degrade the material and diminish performance.

Our clients have a wide range of needs, which is why we’ve designed the Nylatron Wheel with a wide range of options. It is available with a wheel diameter between 2″ and 12″. It is also available with a wheel width of 1″, 1.25″, 1.5″, 2″, 2.5″, 3″, and 4″, and an axle diameter of 5/16″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 1″, and 1 1/4″.
