Medium-Duty Casters
Our RWM 45 Series Caster is a cost-effective alternative to our 46 Series industrial caster. Optimized for medium-duty applications, they are ideal for use within bakeries, meat processing facilities, laboratories, auto shops, warehouses, and many light industrial applications. Easily affixed to scrap bins, floor trucks, shop carts, and heavy equipment, these casters are guaranteed to keep rolling over practically any surface.

Features of the 45 Series Casters
Our casters are zinc plated to provide significant protection against corrosion, making them ideal for use in applications where moisture contact is common and expected. Manufactured with either straight roller, ball, or celcon bearings, it is possible to create a caster with the precise maneuverability you desire. The strong and stable design means that the RWM 45 Series Caster will provide years of reliable operation with minimal maintenance.
The swivel section is heat-treated and set within double ball raceways that are secured with a nut & bolt 5/8″ Kingpin. The design of our wheels gives them a capacity of between 350 lbs. and 1200 lbs. depending on whether you opt for the 4″, 6″, or 8″ caster. Each wheel has a 2″ width and an overall height of between 5-5/8″ and 9-1/2″.
Of course, we understand that each operation is different, and each surface requires the right caster for smooth rolling. That is why our wheels are available in either Performance TPR, rubber on iron, urethane on iron, rubber on aluminum, solid urethane, high temp nylon, Nylatron HD, GT, V-groove iron, Pinnacle, Durastan, Polyolevfin, Omega, Torus, or either cast or forged steel.
