Features
| Swivel Section | Cold-formed top plate, yoke, and button are all heat treated to prevent brinelling, improve swivel action, and increase service life. Load and thrust bearings are hardened and ground and rotate on hardened raceways. Top plate and legs are quarter-inch steel, legs formed for increased strength and continuously welded to yoke on both inside and out. All swivel sections are equipped with a lubrication fitting for field maintenance. RWM lubricates all swivel sections before shipment. Notched yokes are standard. |

Each Kingpin features a five-eighths-inch rivet and half-inch axle designed to significantly increase the strength of the swivel section and rolling action. Coupled with the zinc-plated finish, the result is a caster that delivers superior performance and unparalleled reliability in warehouses, grocery stores, food processing facilities, light industrial operations, and more.
46 Series Casters are available with wheel diameters ranging from 3.25 inches to 8 inches, with a wheel width of between 1.5 inches to 2 inches, making it possible to select wheels with a capacity of between 400 pounds and 1,200 pounds. Once installed, the overall height of the wheels is between 5.25 inches to 9.5 inches. The casters are available with roller, ball, or plain bearings, making it easy to select the option that is ideally suited for your workplace.
