RWM’s new Rol Kleen 48 series casters are designed to eliminate 50% of the thread buildup common with conventional casters and dramatically reduce maintenance of both the swivel section and wheel of the caster. RWM now offers the RK-48 Series caster, which combines the RK Series caster design with the Freedom 48 Series’ completely maintenance free raceway. With this raceway, the RK-48 offers ultra-quiet and precise operation.
Together, in the RK-48 Series, these designs result in a product that is designed for ease of movement, noise reduction, and significant reduction of thread or fiber build up in all applications where minimizing the occurrence is beneficial.

RWM’s Textile Industry Casters are used in applications where minimizing thread deposits wrapping around axles is beneficial. The RK48 offers an upgrade over the standard RK series in that the raceway is also maintenance free and less prone to any thread or fiber buildup. This makes it a great choice for non-towed operations prone to fiber, thread or wire buildup around caster wheels and swivel sections.
