RWM’s pneumatic casters are designed for applications that require a cushioned ride, including but not limited to carts and trucks carrying sensitive materials and parts, glass, ceramics, electronics, chemicals, sound and lighting equipment, movie production equipment (i.e., cameras), etc. Pneumatic casters are also useful on uneven floors and in outdoor environments.
46 Series
46 Series casters feature a cold-formed top plate, yoke, and button that are heat-treated to prevent brinelling, improve swivel action, and increase service life. Load and thrust bearings are hardened and grounded and rotate on hardened raceways. All swivel sections are equipped with a lubrication fitting for field maintenance. Notched yokes are standard for these pneumatic swivel casters, and they feature a zinc-plated finish to protect from corrosion.
65 Series
65 Series casters feature patented Kingpinless™ single ball bearing precision machined raceway hardened to 53 Rockwell C minimum. The swivel section features a 2-and-three-eighths-inch diameter raceway with three-eighths-inch ball bearings. Notched yokes are standard, and they are finished with a zinc plating to protect them from corrosion.
76 Series
76 Series casters feature our patented Kingpinless™ single ball bearing precision machined raceway hardened to 53 Rockwell C minimum. The swivel section features a 3-inch diameter raceway with half-inch ball bearings. Lube fittings for swivel bearings and wheel bearings. Notched yokes are standard, and they come with a laguna blue powder coat finish.
95 Series
95 Series casters feature a 4-and-a-half-inch diameter raceway with three-fourth-inches diameter carbon steel balls. They are precision machined and hardened to 53 Rockwell C minimum. Load and thrust are accommodated by our patented Kingpinless™ design. The sealed raceway is standard. 95 Series casters have a laguna blue powder coat finish.
125 Series
125 Series casters feature a patented Kingpinless™ single ball bearing precision machined raceway hardened to 53 Rockwell C minimum with a 7-inch diameter raceway and three-fourths-inch diameter ball bearings. The 125 Series casters also have a laguna blue powder coat finish.
