Our customizable pneumatic caster series include:
46 Series
46 Series casters feature a cold-formed top plate, notched yoke, and button. These components are heat-treated and zinc-plated to help prevent brinelling, improve swivel action, reduce corrosion, and increase service life. The load and thrust bearings are hardened and ground to facilitate smooth rotation on hardened raceways. The swivel sections on the 46 Series are equipped with a lubrication fitting for easy field maintenance.
65 Series
65 Series casters feature RWM’s patented Kingpinless™ single ball bearing precision-machined raceway that is hardened to a minimum of 53 Rockwell C. The swivel section features a 2 3/8-inch diameter raceway with 3/8-inch ball bearings. Notched yokes are standard, and the 65 Series casters are zinc-plated to help protect against corrosion.
76 Series
76 Series casters feature RWM’s patented Kingpinless™ single ball bearing precision-machined raceway that is hardened to a minimum of 53 Rockwell C. The caster has notched yokes with a Laguna blue powder coat finish, and the swivel section features a 3-inch diameter raceway with 0.5-inch ball bearings. The 76 Series incorporates lubrication fittings for both swivel bearings and wheel bearings.
95 Series
95 Series casters incorporate RWM’s patented Kingpinless™ technology and feature a 4.5-inch diameter sealed raceway with 0.75-inch diameter carbon steel balls within a precision-machined raceway that is hardened to a minimum of 53 Rockwell C. The caster is protected with a Laguna blue powder coat finish.
125 Series
125 Series casters feature RWM’s patented Kingpinless™ single ball bearing precision-machined 7-inch raceway and 0.75-inch diameter ball bearings. The raceway is hardened to a minimum of 53 Rockwell C, and the caster is protected with a Laguna blue powder coat finish.
