A Kingpinless™ raceway is constructed with a top plate, an inner raceway, and an outer raceway connected to the caster legs. Ball bearings installed through a loading hole join the inner and outer raceways, creating a permanently assembled swivel section.
By eliminating the traditional kingpin, this design removes a leading cause of caster failure and creates a stronger product capable of handling heavier loads, demanding applications, and higher towing speeds. The 47, 65, 70, 75, 76, 85, 95, and 125 Series are RWM Kingpinless™ casters, with capacities ranging from 350 to 40,000 lbs.
